DAVIS, Calif., Dec 06, 2007 -- BrightLine iTV Marketing Specialists announced that it has entered an agreement with Webster Bank, a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corp., to provide targeted marketing services to Webster, including the launch today of an interactive television and mobile phone campaign in Webster's core markets.

BrightLine's iTV initiative coincides with Webster's Check Rewards Holiday campaign and will allow Webster customers to earn Webster Check Reward "holiday points" by cell phone. Existing and prospective Webster customers in those markets with the highest concentration of Webster branches will be able to view Webster television commercials that invite viewers to text-message codes for redeemable reward points, the groups noted in a release.
